About · Refund policy
Rain, sleet, snow or sunshine.
Snake Saturday goes on in any weather, so here's how fees and refunds work.
Entry fees
Entry fees aren't refunded for any Snake Saturday event, including the parade, the Charity Cook-off, Lads & Lassies, vendor booths and concessions. The events happen whatever the weather.
Merchandise
We'll exchange shirts and other merchandise whenever we can. Refunds are up to the merchandising chair or the executive director.
Partnerships and gifts
If something went wrong with a partner package or a gift, email us and the board will look at it.
Based on the organizers' refund policy, October 2025. Questions: info@snakesaturday.com.
